For example, the QU80 platen allows the lateral adjustment of the distance to the rail to be 15mm. QU120 platens allow lateral adjustment of the spacing to 20mm on the track. And has the self-locking function, can reliably fix the track, prevent the track in the big wheel pressure when the offset. An elastic force is used to fix the track in the vertical direction. That is, the hot rubber tongue on the track pressure head is made of wear-resistant, oil-resistant, high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant synthetic rubber.

6. The welding between the bottom control panel and the steel hanging beam shall meet the design requirements.
Two, installation sequence and key points
A, welding fixed base, can use the fixed base, the surface of the three grooving and rail pressure device ** position positioning, the position of the crane beam ** line allowable deviation is ±1.0mm;
B. Put the T-bolt into place and move it toward the rail;
C. Place the wedge adjusting plate and make the slotted side face up;
D. Install rail platens, washers, spring washers and nuts successively;
E. Move the wedge adjusting plate to adjust the rail press in a position perpendicular to the rail direction. Tighten the nut after the rail press plate is tightly pressed with the rail lower flange;
F. The influence of welding fixed plate on the disturbance variation of crane beam should be considered during design or construction.
